Information We Collect Automatically

  • Content from Your Telegram Channel: This is central to our Service. When you connect your channel, our bot gains the ability to read the content you post or forward to that channel, including text, images, videos, and other media. This content is then used to create and update your website.
  • Usage and Log Data: When you access our dashboard or visit a website hosted by us, we may log information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to manage your login session and preferences within our dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on your created websites.

Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor like Stripe or through Telegram Stars. We receive confirmation of the transaction, such as the plan you purchased and the payment status, but we do not receive or store your full credit card details.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
  • To automatically create, publish, and update your website with content from your Telegram channel.

  • Publicly on Your Website: The primary purpose of our Service is to make the content of your Telegram channel public. Any content you post to your connected channel will be published on your Webinest website and will be accessible to the public.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
